Thomas forms part of the ADR & Dispute Resolution team and is involved in commercial litigation.  His recent experiences include:

  • representation of an energy company in relation to a tort claim against a vessel and its P&I Club in the Maltese Superior Courts.
  • assisting in multiple financial and gaming companies in their constitutional and appeal claims against the financial authorities of Malta before the Maltese Superior and Inferior Courts.
  • advising multiple clients on succession and estate management.
  • assisting in representing a marina in relation to debt recovery and advising on concession rights.
