Rya is a senior associate principally advising on Energy Projects; Environment as well as construction and real estate. She also in ADR and Dispute Resolution in her areas of expertise. Recent experiences include:
(i) Representation of clients in an International Arbitration on a construction related dispute with a claim value of Euro 4m and a counterclaim of Eur 6m.
(ii) Drafting and negotiating consultancy and construction contracts for a major local transaction worth in excess of Eur 10m in consultancy;
(iii) Assisting and advising the government of Malta in relation to the procurement of a new electricity interconnector between Malta and Sicily
