Krista Ellul

Krista’s main areas of focus include transport and logistics, principally Shipping, Yachting and aviation; she also works on capital markets mandates and public procurement assignments. Her experience in these areas include the preparation of charter agreements; ship financing and collateralisation; registration of vessels under the Malta flag; aircraft leasing.  She has also been involved advising issuers and managers in a number of bond issues and their admission to the official list of the Malta Stock Exchange.
