Jasmine Abela

Jasmine forms part of the ADR and Dispute Resolution team, with particular focus on corporate and financial litigation, including assistance within the Financial Regulatory & Compliance team in appeals from decisions of the financial regulator. Her recent experience includes:

  • Assistance to Debono Group Holdings Company Limited in litigation against TXF Tech Ltd and TXF Tunisia Holding Ltd including by instituting proceedings for the liquidation and striking off of the said companies;
  • Assistance of a local bank in defending judicial proceedings for damages incurred, in consequence of a hacking and/or phishing incident.
