Amy Busuttil

Amy’s principal areas of practice include Real Estate and Construction where she advises clients whether developers, investors or contractors on large scale real estate projects; and supports the dispute resolution team in litigation involving this sector.   Her experience also includes the drafting and negotiation of contracts of work in various disciplines of the construction and development phases of a project.

Her recent experience includes participation in two international arbitrations – one relating to real estate construction and the other relating to the refit of a yacht; participating in an ongoing case before the Courts of Malta relating to a breach by a contractor of a contract of works.
