Maxine’s main areas of practice include Capital Markets, Corporate and M&A and ESG and sustainable finance. Her recent experiences include:

  • assistance to AX Real Estate p.l.c. on the listing and subsequent trading on the Malta Stock Exchange of both equity and debt instruments
  • advising a leading e-mail cloud security provider, Hornetsecurity Holding GmbH, a German entity, on the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of fast-growing global provider of back-up solutions, Altaro UK Holding Limited, a UK entity.
  • Assisting a Dutch entity, in connection with the issuance of €300,000,000 4.25 % guaranteed notes due 2026 and the admissibility to listing and trading thereof on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin.
  • Assisting an Isle of Man entity, in connection with the issuance of €4,000,000,000 Guaranteed Euro Medium Term Note Programme, and the admissibility to listing and trading thereof on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin.
